Surprise, surprise, I have a finished hat! I bet you didn’t see this coming.
I’m still trying to use up odds and ends. This is a thick woolly hat that sits snug and nicely when the ribbing is turned up. It’s also very warm over the ears this way. If left down, it’s nice and slouchy. I added a pompom because I had a little bit of yarn left.
Happy knitting!
Lovely colors! And the Pom Pom is the perfect size.

What a hat! I like this hat! Sorry, falling into Go Dog Go. It looks chilly there. I’m so jealous!

Thanks. Yes, autumn is almost over here. Winter is just around the corner.

It looks very warm and comfy! Love the yarn and the pompom. Maybe it’s time to switch from socks to hats knitting now? 🙂

It is, although I’ve not tested it yet in really cold temperatures. I’m thinking I should maybe switch from hats to sock knitting now 🙂

What a pretty colour and the Pom Pom looks perfect with it. I’m so jealous you get more hat and woollen wearing weather than me.

Thanks. I do wear hats when there isn’t really hat and woollen wearing weather. Hats keep my crazy hair of my face in the wind. But yes, winter IS looooong here which is good for knitters.

Thanks. I never used to use pompoms but I like them now. I have to try and stop me now – I don’t want to add them everywhere 🙂
